Cocinar Madrid is a collective comprised of anthropologists, cultural managers and cooks who facilitate groups in their exploration of community links, identities and bridges through collective cooking.
Cocinar Madrid is a project in which ethnography and cooking are brought into play to investigate what is happening in local markets and neighbourhoods.
